History

This classic gin-based cocktail is the brother of the Tom Collins drink, of which we already told you the recipe on another occasion. In this version, instead of using a conventional gin, a Dry Gin or extra dry gin is used. Although strange as it may seem, this drink is also prepared with Bourbon Whiskey. It is quite rare to see how a cocktail can be made with two such different alcohols and still be called the same.
